An absolutely perfect stay — luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location with stunning views. Positive: This apartment is absolutely amazing. Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, and perfectly prepared. The apartment comes with a full set of essential toiletries and cosmetics, which is a very nice touch. The location is outstanding — just a short walk from Burj Park and Burj Khalifa, making it perfect for exploring the heart of Dubai. The apartment is very functional and extremely comfortable. The bed is super comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and modern, and having a washing machine was a huge plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — nothing is missing. An additional huge advantage of this place is the intimate, stylish swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa — absolutely amazing and never overcrowded. The building also offers a fully equipped gym, as well as table tennis and squash courts, which are a total game-changer and a fantastic bonus. The building itself is modern, brand new, and stunning. The lobby feels mega luxury, like a high-end hotel, and the building staff and service are truly top-level — professional, friendly, and always helpful. Communication with the apartment host/manager was flawless, fast, and professional from start to finish. Overall, this was an incredible stay — everything was perfect. I recommend this place 200%. Honestly, you couldn’t have chosen better.

Will be booking again for my next family trip Positive: What a comfortable place to stay. The location is excellent. Has an excellent 24 hour pharmacy walking distance which will guide you for minor ailments. The property is exactly as marketed on the listing and very new… plus the building amenities with the pool and kids play area are excellent. Don’t think twice if travelling with your toddler and go right ahead and book. Lastly the host was very responsive… we were out of kitchen paper and upon messaging I had a new set of kitchen napkins outside the door next morning. Negative: N/A

Amazing balcony views 😍 Positive: We had such a wonderful stay at Sarora Imperial Avenue. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and seamless. The apartment itself is beautiful, very well equipped for a self-catering stay, and the views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The building is gorgeous and has geat amenities, and the location is perfect, super close to Dubai Mall. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again and hopefully for longer next time! Thank you to the Sarora team for everything x

Zameldowanie w tym obiekcie jest bardzo czasochłonne i trudne Positive: Bardzo dobre położenie apartamentu, blisko burj Khaliffa. Ładne z gustem urządzone mieszkanie z super tarasem Negative: Szkoda, że tym ładnym mieszkaniem zrarządza firma, która tak utrudnia pobyt. Proces zameldowania wyklucza mozliwość ponownej rezerwacji tego obiektu pezez nas. Od dnia rezerwacji nękali nas emailowo, smsowo nakazując pobranie aplikacji, w której trzeba podać wszystkie swoje dane pod rygorem oczekiwania na przekazanie kart wejściowej do apartamnetu do 24 godzin, jeśli nie pobierzemy aplikacji i nie zameldujemy się samodzielnie. Problem w tym, że mój I phone w ogóle nie pozwalał na zainstalowanie tej aplikacji, a żona straciła na to ponad 2 godziny, gdyż aplikacja jest wadliwa. Kontakt z firmą zarządzającą tym apartamentem jest zły. Powinni poprosić o zdjęcie naszych paszportów i samemu nas zameldować.

A perfect property and experience! Positive: Our stay Sarora Two in Imperial Avenue was amazing! The apartment and building are brand new, beautiful and comfortable interior decoration, and had all the bells & whistles needed for a great stay including unlimited filtered drinking water, water bottles, and all the kitchen & bathroom items. The team were extremely friendly, helpful and quickly responsive and accommodating to requests, we asked for a few extra towels and someone was at our door within minute, which is not common for apartment rentals! The views of Burj Khalifa from the balcony were stunning, and we loved being right in the heart of downtown with easy access to all the nearby attractions. Check-in was very smooth, the hosts were always quick to respond, and the building facilities like the pool and gym were lovely. It's clear that Sarora has put deep thought into making this place feel like a real comfortable home away from home. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Dubai! Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.
